When you request a clean, we collect your contact details, property address, access information and availability. Contractor applications include contact details, experience, equipment, coverage and proof of public-liability insurance.
How your information is used
Information is used to review your request, confirm a price, arrange the service and provide support. Relevant job details are shared with the professional assigned to your visit. Payment is handled separately through a secure Stripe payment link; this website does not collect card details.
Your documents
We do not request property photographs in the booking form. Insurance documents are collected for contractor applications only and stored privately. Uploaded images are processed to remove embedded metadata.
Cookies and analytics
This version of the website does not use marketing cookies or analytics. Your unfinished form is held in memory in your browser tab, not stored in a customer account. Reloading or leaving the form will clear it.
Your rights
You may have rights to access, correct, erase or restrict use of your personal information, and to complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office. The operator’s contact details, processing providers and retention schedule must be published before online submissions are enabled.
